The SenseHub Starter plan focuses solely on monitoring the reproduction efficiency of dairy herds.
With class-leading levels of heat detection accuracy, the Starter plan identifies animals in heat and indicates exactly when cows or heifers should be inseminated using sexed or conventional semen.
The Starter application also detects the tell-tale symptoms of anoestrous cows, irregular heats and abortion, and highlights the onset of any irregularities as calving date approaches. The Starter plan also provides a drying off report and fertility summary.
In addition to the reproduction features offered within the Starter plan, the SenseHub Advanced plan also monitors the herd's health parameters.
By analysing rumination patterns, frequency and duration, the Advanced plan highlights any animals which may be showing signs of illness or distress so they can be segregated for further inspection or veterinary intervention.
The Advanced plan also produces easy-to-understand health reports, fresh cow reports and animal distress reports which can be used in consultation with the farm's vet for health planning purposes.
The third SenseHub application plan, Premium, takes all the information gathered by the Starter and Advanced plans, and uses it to monitor animals on a groupby-group basis to give herd managers a better understanding of how each group reacts to dietary or housing changes.
The Premium plan can also identify the onset of heat stress, and just like the Starter and Advanced plans, will automatically provide an alert of it detects any sudden changes or anything which could impact the herd's productivity.
