Donald Trump has claimed victory in the US Presidential Election after securing 267 of the 270 states required.
Opponent and Democratic candidate Kamala Harris has yet to concede as the nation awaits the results in several key swing states, including North Carolina and Georgia.

Republican Mr Trump was declared the winner by Fox News where he hailed the result as ‘a magnificent victory'.
"America has given us an unprecedented and powerful mandate," he told supporters in Florida.
The UK Prime Minister was one of the first to send his congratulations to Mr Trump calling his win an historic election victory'.
"I look forward to working with you in the years ahead. As the closest of allies, we stand shoulder to shoulder in defence of our shared values of freedom, democracy and enterprise.
