In 2011, she set up ‘Humble by Nature' - a working farm in the Wye Valley - alongside her husband Ludo Graham in Monmouthshire.
Packed with piglets, sheep, cows and wildlife, she said the farm represents a 'special place in her heart', and she is determined to ensure it has a secure future.
Ms Humble said: "We are back!
"I am so excited to announce that Escape to the Farm is back on air.
"In this week's episode, I will be investigating the dark secret beneath the beautiful surface of the River Wye, scaling new heights in the hunt for ways to diversify the farm, and going on a little shopping trip.
"I cannot wait to see Farmer Tim's face when he sees what I have brought!"
