A Farm Fitness post on Facebook said it had been a ‘pleasure and privilege' to assist England before the start of the Rugby World Cup.

"We put the boys through their paces with a series of loaded carry challenges; testing their ability to move well with heavy, awkward loads; recover optimally in short time periods; breath efficiently under pressure; and strategise as teams to achieve the best outcome.

"All core tenets of the Farm Fitness training philosophy.

"It was incredibly to watch the lads go from strength to strength, week-after-week, even as the demands of the camp stepped up.

"We are proud to have been part of the process, it was a pleasure to meet the entire team and want to wish the boys the best of luck in the World Cup."
