Sinead Fenton runs Aweside Farm, a small organic flower farm in East Sussex. Sinead specialises in edible flowers and garnishes primarily for the restaurant and wedding markets; sending fresh produce out nationwide and preserved edible flowers across the globe. Sinead has a big passion for wildlife which led her deeper into growing flowers and using regenerative agriculture practices on the smallholding, and has turned a once quieter space into a thriving and colourful patch filled with wildlife.
