Sophie Gregory

Sophie Gregory farms with her husband Tom on the Dorset/Devon border. Across 1,400 acres they run an organic dairy farm which includes arable and beef production. They have been organic for more than nine years. Sophie is also passionate about working with the community, hosting school trips, farming discussion groups and going into schools to teach children about dairy farming. She hopes to encourage people from non-agricultural backgrounds into the industry, as well as her employees, apprentices and work experience students to learn more about farming.

She won the Women in Dairy, Dairy Woman of the Year Award, in 2021.
