Farm audit platform secures extra funding

The farm audit platform, AgriAudit, which looks to ‘simplify compliance' for farmers has secured a £10,000 award at the Regional EDGE Dundee and Angus competition.

The funding, delivered with the support of Elevator, looks to help ‘accelerate' AgriAudit's vision to ‘streamline audit processes, reduce paperwork, and give farmers control over their compliance requirements'.

The awards ceremony took place at the iconic DC Thomson building, where keynote speaker Owen Wyatt, chief growth officer at DC Thomson, celebrated the entrepreneurial drive shaping the region's future.

Out of twelve outstanding finalists, AgriAudit was awarded £10,000, recognising the potential to make a 'significant impact' in the farming industry.

AgriAudit founder, Tom Porter said: "Winning a Regional EDGE award is a huge milestone for AgriAudit. This support will allow us to refine our platform and reach more farmers, ensuring they have the tools they need to manage audits with confidence."

With this additional funding boost, AgriAudit hopes to expand its reach and enhance its platform, reinforcing its position as a ‘game-changer in agricultural technology'.

It hopes its recent success marks 'another step forward' in its journey to ‘revolutionise farm audits, helping farmers navigate compliance seamlessly and efficiently'.
