Nia Griffiths, 29, is from Aberdeenshire and works on her partner’s livestock farm situated near Ballater in Royal Deeside.
Lucie Trapp is a 23-year-old sheep farmer based in Sevenoaks, Kent. She set up her lamb business in 2019.
Matthew Rollason, 24, is from Great Harwood, Lancashire. He works in the agri-food research and development team for Dunbia. He has also established New Dawn Herefords and is an NFU Student and Young Farmer Ambassador.
Abigail Woodhouse, 20, is from Ravenglass, Cumbria, and works full-time on her family’s dairy farm with her parents and older brother.
Ben Mycock, 29, works on his family dairy farm in Earl Sterndale, Derbyshire.
Grant Stephen, 23, from Dallas, Moray, is a general farm worker with a herd of 140 pedigree Simmentals. He has a small herd of pedigree Beef Shorthorns and comes from a farming family with 80 suckler cows and 500 breeding ewes.
Marcus Doig, 27, graduated from Harper Adams University after spending a year in industry learning all aspects of modern dairy farming. He now manages a family owned 243-hectare dairy in Somerset, milking 300 cows.
Nia Borsey, 26, is a planner at property consultants Fisher German and recently appointed NFU Student and Young Farmer Ambassador. She is based at Llysfaen, North Wales.
Jennifer Jones, 26, works as a vet in the Scottish Borders and lives in Peebles.
Nathan Allen, 24, is a third-generation farmer and currently manages two farms in the heart of the Lake District, in Winster Valley and Cartmel.
